Account and Data Deletion Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your data. In accordance with Google Play policies, users can request account and data deletion at any time.
🚀 How to delete your account and data
If you have access to the app:
- Open Sail Time – Track Sea Contracts.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Tap on “Delete Account”.
- Confirm your decision.
This will:
- Permanently delete your authenticated account.
- Remove all sailing records, contract history, rank data, photos and profile info from our database.
📬 Can’t access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app and wish to delete your data manually:
- Email us at support@saillog.app
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered email address used with Sail Time
🗃️ What data is deleted?
- Account info (email, display name)
- Merchant vessel sailing records / vessel photos
- Profile information including profile photo
🔒 What data is retained?
- None. We delete all user data immediately upon account deletion.
- Server logs (non-personal) may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and debugging.
